Once you’re recurring lawn service is approved. Will send your service date and cadence so you know what to expect. You also receive a reminder before service and a follow up notification after service is completed.
For one-time landscaping and cleanup projects will communicate the schedule date and project timing once everything is confirmed.

For lawn service, we can often provide a quote quickly within 24hrs based on your property details.
For landscaping, cleanups, and hardscaping projects, we may need to come out and look at the property first. Once your quote is ready, we’ll send it by text and email for you to review and approve.

Not always. As long as we have access to your property or enough information to review the job, you do not need to be home for most services or estimates. In some cases, photos and a clear explanation of what you need can also help us get started.

Once your estimate is approved, we’ll move your job into scheduling within 24-48hrs. For recurring services, we’ll confirm your service schedule and cadence.
For one-time projects, we’ll coordinate scheduling and communication based on the scope of work.

For recurring lawn service, we require a card or bank account on file before service begins. Billing is processed after service is completed based on your approved service schedule.
For landscaping and larger one-time projects billing terms are included in the estimate and most projects require 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion.
